I am Vinod Nayak, Director at Access Computex Ltd, Baroda. I had first applied for my Canada visa myself through the online portal, based on the advice of a friend. However, my Canada visa was refused.

After the application was submitted, I was called for an interview. Since my fingerprints had already been taken earlier, they were not required again.
