1. About IndoWorld
IndoWorld Visa & Education Services (“IndoWorld”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is the public-facing brand of IndoWorld Visa and Education Services LLP, a limited liability partnership based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. IndoWorld provides visa, immigration, overseas education and admission guidance, and related consultancy and support services.
IndoWorld is not a government body, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, university or official representative of any government. In these Terms, “you” means a visitor to this website or a client who engages IndoWorld.
2. Nature of Our Services
Depending on the engagement, our services may include:
- profile assessment
- visa and immigration pathway guidance
- documentation guidance
- application assistance
- application preparation and support
- appointment-related assistance, where specifically engaged
- interview preparation, where applicable
- education and admission guidance
- other agreed consultancy services
The exact scope differs from one engagement to another and is set out in the applicable service agreement or written engagement terms.
3. Service Agreement
A client engagement is governed by the applicable service agreement or written engagement terms accepted by the client. That agreement may specify:
- the scope of services
- professional fees
- payment stages
- service duration
- deliverables
- client responsibilities
- third-party charges
- conditions for service completion
- service-specific terms
Where a signed service agreement contains service-specific provisions, those provisions govern that particular engagement to the extent permitted by applicable law. Browsing this website, sending an enquiry or taking part in an initial conversation does not by itself create a client relationship.
4. No Government Affiliation
IndoWorld is an independent private consultancy. It is not an embassy, consulate, immigration authority, government department, university, visa office, visa application centre or official representative of any foreign government.
Where an application involves a government, embassy, consulate, visa application centre or university, IndoWorld acts only within the scope of the consultancy service the client has engaged it to provide.
5. Government Decisions and No Guarantee
Final decisions are made by the relevant government authority, immigration authority, embassy or consulate, visa application centre where applicable, university or institution, or other responsible authority. IndoWorld does not make those decisions and cannot influence them.
For that reason, IndoWorld does not guarantee:
- visa approval
- permanent residence approval
- admission to any institution
- a job offer or work permit
- an immigration invitation
- appointment availability
- processing times
- any particular immigration or admission outcome
We will always explain, as clearly as we can, what a route requires and where the risks lie.
6. Information Provided by You
You must provide complete, accurate, current and genuine information and documents. You should disclose material information relevant to your engagement, including any previous visa refusals or immigration history where relevant.
Inaccurate, incomplete, altered, misleading or fraudulent information can harm an application and may lead to refusal by the authority. If this happens, IndoWorld may decline or end the engagement. IndoWorld relies on the information and documents you provide, and unless your service agreement states otherwise, we do not independently verify the authenticity of every document.
7. Application Review and Client Responsibility
Within the agreed scope, IndoWorld may review your information and documents for consistency, completeness and suitability. You remain responsible for confirming that the personal information in any application is factually correct before it is submitted. If you notice an error, please tell us promptly.
8. Professional Fees
Professional fees are communicated before you engage us, and the applicable service agreement records the agreed fee. Some services carry a single one-time fee; some longer services have staged payments. Payment stages vary by service – for example, one service may have a single payment, while another may be paid in two stages.
Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged as required by law. Professional fees are separate from government and third-party charges unless a service agreement expressly says otherwise.
9. Government and Third-Party Charges
Charges levied by governments, authorities and other providers are not IndoWorld professional fees. Depending on the service, they may include:
- government visa or application fees
- biometrics fees
- medical examinations
- insurance
- courier charges
- translation and notarisation
- police clearance certificates
- appointment or application-centre charges
- blocked-account or other financial arrangement costs
- other third-party charges
Unless a service agreement specifically includes them, these charges are payable separately. Not every charge applies to every service.
10. Fees, Service Stages, Cancellation and Refund Consideration
IndoWorld services vary in duration and complexity. Some are completed relatively quickly; others run through several stages over a longer period. After engagement and payment, professional work may begin and can include consultation, assessment, document review, preparation, application support, appointment assistance or other agreed work.
Because professional work may already have been carried out, professional fees are generally non-refundable once the relevant service or stage has commenced. A visa refusal, a delay, a change in policy or a change of mind does not by itself create a right to a refund. Government and third-party charges are generally governed by the policies of the relevant authority or provider.
In exceptional and serious circumstances, including a significant and substantiated medical situation, IndoWorld may consider a refund or another appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis. Any such consideration is discretionary, does not create an automatic entitlement and does not set a precedent. Where a refund or adjustment is agreed, it should be recorded in writing.
The signed service agreement for your engagement remains important and should be read alongside this section.
11. Service Completion
When a service is complete depends on the service. Depending on the engagement, completion may mean:
- completion of the agreed application-support work
- submission of an application, where submission is within the agreed scope
- successful completion of an appointment-booking service
- completion of an agreed service stage
- expiry of the engagement period, where the applicable agreement defines one
Different services follow different completion rules, and the applicable agreement states which one applies.
12. Processing Times and Appointments
Government processing times and appointment availability are controlled by the relevant authority or system. IndoWorld can offer guidance and support within the agreed scope, but it cannot control appointment availability, embassy or consulate processing, immigration officer decisions, administrative processing, government system outages or changes in policy. We do not promise processing times.
13. Reapplication and Fresh Services
After a refusal or a completed engagement, a new application or a materially new service may need a fresh assessment and a new professional engagement. A refusal does not automatically entitle you to a free reapplication service.
14. Communication
IndoWorld may communicate with you by email, phone, WhatsApp or other agreed channels. For important changes to scope, fees, refunds or contractual terms, we will use written confirmation, and we ask you to do the same.
15. Confidentiality and Privacy
We treat client information as confidential. Details of how we collect and use personal information are in our Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality is not absolute. Information may need to be disclosed to the relevant authorities for your application, to service providers who help deliver the agreed service, where the law requires it, to prevent fraud or protect security, or to deal with a dispute.
16. Client Data
Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. That policy, and not these Terms, explains in detail what we collect, why, who it may be shared with, how long it is kept and how to contact us about it.
17. Third-Party Websites and Authorities
This website may link to government authorities, embassies, universities, visa application centres, other official sources and other third-party websites. IndoWorld does not control those sites. Where official rules matter, please refer to the responsible authority’s current requirements.
18. Website Information
Content on this website is provided for general information and may change as governments, universities and other authorities change their rules. For current application requirements, the responsible authority’s current rules take precedence. We take care to keep the information accurate, and if you find something that looks wrong, please let us know.
19. Intellectual Property
The original text, graphics, branding, videos, photographs, documents and website design and content on this site belong to IndoWorld or are used under licence. You may not copy, republish or commercially use them without written permission. Government and other third-party materials referred to on this website remain the property of their respective owners, and IndoWorld does not claim ownership of them.
20. Suspension or Termination
IndoWorld may suspend or end an engagement, or decline to proceed, where reasonably necessary – for example, if:
- documents are fraudulent or information is materially false
- conduct is abusive or unlawful
- payment is not made as agreed
- there is persistent non-cooperation
- the service is being misused
- we cannot proceed because required information has not been provided
Where practicable, we will explain the reason before doing so.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IndoWorld is not responsible for decisions made by government authorities, universities or other third parties, or for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any statutory consumer rights you may have. Where a service agreement sets out a liability limit for a particular engagement, that agreement applies to that engagement to the extent permitted by law.
22. Force Majeure
IndoWorld is not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including government or embassy actions, changes in policy, system or network failures, natural events, public-health measures, strikes, and other similar events.
23. Complaints and Grievances
If you have a concern about our services or this website, please write to info@indoworldvisa.com with your name, the service concerned and a short description of the issue, so that we can review it. Complaints may be addressed to the attention of Ms Ami Desai, authorised signatory. We will acknowledge and review your concern and reply as soon as reasonably possible.
24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute-resolution provision (such as arbitration) in the applicable service agreement, the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or from use of this website.
25. Changes to These Terms
IndoWorld may update these website Terms from time to time. The latest update date is shown at the top of this page. Changing this page does not retrospectively change the terms of a service agreement that a client has already accepted.
