IndoWorld Application Contradiction Guide
The patterns of inconsistency we look for across an application — and why most of them start out completely innocent.
Not every inconsistency causes a refusal. Most of the patterns below are minor and easily explained once someone is looking for them. The point of this guide isn’t to suggest that any mismatch is fatal — it’s to show the kind of cross-checking we actually do on every file, so genuine, honest applications aren’t undermined by avoidable paperwork gaps.
A visa application is rarely reviewed as one single document. It’s reviewed as a set of separate pieces — a form, a bank statement, an employment letter, an itinerary, a sponsor’s letter — that are expected to tell the same story from different angles. Most applicants never deliberately create a contradiction; it happens because different documents get prepared at different times, by different people, without anyone checking them against each other. This is the part of our review covered by dimension ten of the Application Intelligence Framework — the final, whole-file read before anything is submitted.
Worried something in your own paperwork might not line up? A second read before you submit is often all it takes.
