Representative Visa & Immigration Case Studies
Every visa or immigration application has its own circumstances. This library presents representative, anonymised case studies. They are illustrative examples of how a route and an evidence problem may be assessed, written by IndoWorld Visa & Education Services. They are not records of real client cases and they are separate from our real Client Experiences.
These case studies are intended to explain how cases may be assessed and prepared. They do not report or imply a specific visa decision, and no case describes a specific identifiable client. A representative case study is not evidence of approval probability, a success rate or a guaranteed outcome. Every visa or immigration decision is made solely by the relevant government authority. Read how we document case studies.

Each category groups representative case studies for one route or application type. Every card below opens that category and lists its case studies.

Find a case by situation
Each link opens a representative case study. Choose the situation closest to yours; the details of your own application will differ, and no case study predicts a decision.

Representative Case Studies vs. Case Reasoning
Representative, anonymised case studies that illustrate how a route and an evidence problem may be assessed. They are not real client records and do not state any visa decision.
Illustrative, composite scenarios used to explain how we think about common visa and immigration situations — teaching examples, not case records.
Privacy, Authenticity and Transparency
Every case study is anonymized and generalized. Names, contact details, document numbers, and other identifying information are never used.
These are representative case studies, not individually identifiable client files and not real client experiences. They illustrate how a case may be approached and do not prove approval probability or success rates.
No case study states, implies, or summarizes a specific visa decision. The focus is how the case is assessed and prepared, not an outcome.
Relevant official government sources are linked wherever a case involves a rule, requirement, or government process.
Visa and immigration decisions are made by the relevant government authority, not by IndoWorld.
How to use these case studies
Start with the category for your destination, or with a situation above, and read the case study closest to yours. Each one describes an applicant profile, what an assessment may look at, the evidence considered and a link to the official source. They are not predictions: no case study discloses a visa decision. The standards behind every page are set out on how we document case studies. If you already have a refusal letter, the visa refusal letter wording guide explains common lines, and the page on having your refusal letter reviewed describes how IndoWorld experts read the letter and compare it with the refused application.
Related IndoWorld Resources
Each category connects back to a program: start from our visitor visa services, permanent residency services or the Germany Opportunity Card page for the full requirements behind these cases.
